Ingredients

  • 4 cups papaya, peeled and chopped
  • 2 cups pineapple juice
  • 1 cup milk, 2% reduced fat
  • 1 cup bananas, sliced
  • 8 ice cubes
  • 2 tbsp honey
  • 4 tsp fresh lime juice

Instructions

  • Combine all ingredients in blender. Puree until smooth. Pour into glasses.

Notes

Substitute 2% milk with 1% or skim milk for a lower fat version. Honey should be avoided even in processed foods for infants 12 months old or younger. Feeding honey to infants (12 months or younger) is associated with infant botulism.
