EFNEP

Hawaiʻi EFNEP helps families with young children and youth lead a healthy lifestyle by teaching skills to create healthy low-cost meals and to be more physically active.

Eating Smart Being Active is an evidence-based curriculum based on the Dietary Guidelines for Americans and Physical Activity Guidelines.

Teen Cuisine is an evaluated youth curriculum that teaches youth from grades 6 to 12 important life skills for optimal health.

Explore outdoor places in your community to be active throughout the islands of Hawaiʻi, exercise videos for staying active indoors in the comfort of your home, and other materials to help make physical activity a part of your lifestyle. Find new ways to be active every day!

This institution is an equal opportunity provider. SNAP-Ed and EFNEP programs serve low-income households and communities.
