Ingredients
- 3 Whole wheat tortilla, 10"
- 9 oz Turkey breast, oven roasted slices
- 1 ½ cups Avocado
- 1 ½ cups Cherry tomatoes
- 3 oz Plain hummus
Instructions
- Wash then dice tomatoes and avocado into keiki sized bites, set aside.
- Spread 0.5 oz. hummus on each tortilla.
- Add 1.5 oz. turkey slices, then top with ¼ cup each of avocado and tomatoes.
- Fold in the sides of the tortilla and roll into a burrito.
- Cut the burrito in half and serve. ½ a rollup is 1 serving.
