Ingredients

  • 3 Whole wheat tortilla, 10"
  • 9 oz Turkey breast, oven roasted slices
  • 1 ½ cups Avocado
  • 1 ½ cups Cherry tomatoes
  • 3 oz Plain hummus

Instructions

  • Wash then dice tomatoes and avocado into keiki sized bites, set aside.
  • Spread 0.5 oz. hummus on each tortilla.
  • Add 1.5 oz. turkey slices, then top with ¼ cup each of avocado and tomatoes.
  • Fold in the sides of the tortilla and roll into a burrito.
  • Cut the burrito in half and serve. ½ a rollup is 1 serving.
