Instructions

  • Peel the oranges and remove white pith.
  • Over a medium bowl, section the oranges by slicing lengthwise between membranes lifting out each segment into bowl.
  • Peel and dice the apples. Immediately place in bowl with orange sections.
  • Peel and dice the bananas. Immediately place in bowl with oranges and apples then stir. (The juice from the oranges will prevent the apples and bananas from turning brown).
  • Slice grapes in half and add to mixture.
  • Sprinkle with sugar and stir.

Notes

Add sugar or Splenda if oranges are a little too tart. If it's a sweet orange, you don't need any sugar.
Salad is best served after 2 hours of refrigerating. The salad can be kept in the refrigerator for 2-3 days.
