Ingredients

Dressing

  • ½ cup sour cream
  • ½ cup mayonnaise
  • 2 tsp sugar
  • 1 tbsp onion, finely chopped
  • 1 tsp lemon juice

Salad

  • 2 cups green cabbage, shredded
  • 1 cup red apple, chopped
  • 1 cup carrots, shredded
  • ¾ cup pineapple tidbits, drained or fresh pineapple

Instructions

  • In small bowl, combine all dressing ingredients. Blend well.
  • In large bowl, combine all salad ingredients. Toss lightly.
  • Pour dressing over salad. Mix well. Cover. Refrigerate to blend

Notes

For a lower fat version use low fat mayonnaise and low fat sour cream.
