  • 3 Papaya, halved, de-seeded
  • 1 ½ cups Greek yogurt
  • ¾ cup granola
  • 3 tbsp Honey (optional)


  • Wash papaya and cut in half. Remove seeds and arrange halves next to each other. *Save the seeds for your keiki to plant or compost them!
  • Fill each papaya half with measured yogurt.
  • Top each papaya half with measured granola.
  • Drizzle each papaya half with a tablespoon of honey.
  • Serve immediately. 1 boat per keiki.
