Each interactive module contains: 

• Greetings Card: Basic greetings with English translations, phonetic pronunciations, and audio files. Developed by PREL (Pacific Resources for Education and Learning).  
• Nutrition and Cooking Terms Card: The nutrition and cooking terms with English translations, phonetic pronounciations, and audio files. Developed by EFNEP (Expanded Food and Nutrition Education Program) staff from the Pacific region.
• Language Activity: Conversation Videos: Listen to a conversation in video 1 (with or without subtitles in English and the target language) and then test your knowledge by viewing the video again while answering quiz questions.
