Ingredients

  • ½ lb. salted salmon
  • cups diced tomatoes (approximately 3 large tomatoes)
  • 1 cup diced onion (approximately half an onion)
  • ½ cup green onion, chopped ¼ inch pieces (approximately 2 green onions)
  • 3 ice cubes, crushed

Instructions

  • Soak salted salmon in cold water for 1 hour.
  • Remove skin and bones and dice salmon into ¼ inch cubes.
  • Place salmon in a bowl and add tomatoes and onions.
  • Mix ingredients and chill until ready to be served.
  • Add crushed ice just before serving.
