Ingredients

  • 2 cups orange juice
  • 1 cup apple banana, ripe
  • 2 cups milk, non-fat
  • 2 tsp honey (optional)
  • 2 cups crushed ice

Instructions

  • Combine all ingredients in a blender and blend until frothy.

Notes

Honey should be avoided even in processed foods for infants 12 months old or younger. Feeding honey to infants (12 months or younger) is associated with infant botulism.
