Hawaiian salt

ti leaves, ribs and stems removed
Instructions
Preheat oven to 350 degrees.
Clean fish and sprinkle with salt.
Lay fish lengthwise on a ti leaf.
Sprinkle both sides of fish with salt. Wrap fish with additional leaves until covered. Tie ends with string or piece of stem.
In a 9" x 13" baking or roasting pan, bake uncovered for 30-40 minutes.
Cut open ti leaves and serve.
