Ingredients

salted salmon

cups
diced tomatoes (approximately 3 large tomatoes)
1
cup
diced onion (approximately half an onion)
½
cup
green onion, chopped ¼ inch pieces (approximately 2 green onions)
3
ice cubes, crushed
Instructions
Soak salted salmon in cold water for 1 hour.
Remove skin and bones and dice salmon into ¼ inch cubes.
Place salmon in a bowl and add tomatoes and onions.
Mix ingredients and chill until ready to be served.
Add crushed ice just before serving.
