Ingredients

Vietnamese fish sauce

clove
garlic, crushed

sugar

rice wine vinegar

lime juice

chili paste
Instructions
In a small saucepan, bring the water, fish sauce, garlic and sugar to a rolling boil. Remove from heat and set aside.
In a small bowl, mix together the rice wine vinegar, lime juice, and chili paste.
Add the fish sauce mixture to the bowl and mix.
Chill for approximately 15 minutes and serve.
