Ingredients
Dressing

sour cream

mayonnaise

onion, finely chopped

lemon juice
Salad

cups
green cabbage, shredded

cup
red apple, chopped

cup
carrots, shredded
¾
cup
pineapple tidbits, drained or fresh pineapple
Instructions
In small bowl, combine all dressing ingredients. Blend well.
In large bowl, combine all salad ingredients. Toss lightly.
Pour dressing over salad. Mix well. Cover. Refrigerate to blend
Notes
For a lower fat version use low fat mayonnaise and low fat sour cream.
