rice vinegar

hot chili pepper

chopped green onion (approximately 1 large green onion)

sesame seeds

Instructions
In a small pot, bring the water to a boil. Add bean sprouts and boil 4-5 minutes. Rinse in cold water and drain.
In a small bowl, combine the remaining ingredients. Combine with the sprouts.
Cover and chill until ready to serve.
