Ingredients

  • 2 cups water
  • 10 oz (1 bag) bean sprouts (approximately 2 ¾ cup)
  • 1 tbsp shoyu (soy sauce)
  • 1 tsp sesame oil
  • 1 tsp rice vinegar
  • tsp hot chili pepper
  • ¼ cup chopped green onion (approximately 1 large green onion)
  • 1 tsp sesame seeds
  • tsp salt

Instructions

  • In a small pot, bring the water to a boil. Add bean sprouts and boil 4-5 minutes. Rinse in cold water and drain.
  • In a small bowl, combine the remaining ingredients. Combine with the sprouts.
  • Cover and chill until ready to serve.
