- 2 cups water
- 10 oz (1 bag) bean sprouts (approximately 2 ¾ cup)
- 1 tbsp shoyu (soy sauce)
- 1 tsp sesame oil
- 1 tsp rice vinegar
- ⅛ tsp hot chili pepper
- ¼ cup chopped green onion (approximately 1 large green onion)
- 1 tsp sesame seeds
- ⅛ tsp salt
- In a small pot, bring the water to a boil. Add bean sprouts and boil 4-5 minutes. Rinse in cold water and drain.
- In a small bowl, combine the remaining ingredients. Combine with the sprouts.
- Cover and chill until ready to serve.
