Marinade

roasted sesame seed, crushed

Steak

steak, teriyaki-style cut

flour

eggs, lightly beaten
cooking spray
Sauce
¼
cup
soy sauce
¼
cup
ko cho jang paste

sugar

vinegar

clove
garlic, mashed (approximately 1 tsp)

sesame seeds (optional)
Instructions
In a large bowl, combine marinade ingredients and add steak. Marinate for 1 hour.
Flour meat, then dip into slightly beaten eggs.
Heat non-stick frying pan over medium heat and coat with cooking spray. Add meat and fry until golden brown. Spray pan after each batch is cooked.
Serve hot with sauce.
